Hello, my name is Heather. Just wanted to welcome you here to my new blog, The Ramblings of The Traveling Cook. I am starting my journey into the Paleo and Primal way of eating as I am able to eat this way as I have a huge list of food sensitivities. This is my version of Paleo that fits me, while it is not the perfect Paleo, it works for me. Where I am at, strict Paleo can be expensive, so some recipes will include meat that is not grass fed or pasture raised chicken eggs. I made this blog to ramble on, share recipes that I have created or recipes from other blogs that I enjoy.
